We spent two days looking for a rock within a pile of rocks.  Trust me, the irony doesn't escape me.  Two days digging very slowly through rock and then searching through all the rubble we collected was very frustrating after the first rush.  Three things I am happy about.   One: we had mushrooms.  Two: it only took two days.  Three: Laertes loves to eat that rubble, so we didn't have to move it after we sorted through it. Something tells me that caves can be creepy places.  Sometimes, you can realize that this much dark with only a high-power lamp to keep your spirits up really isn't enough.  That point for me is now.  At least I had John's Charmeleon to light up the way and really provide that good warm feeling to us both as we talked and passed the creepy time journeying through rock tunnel to Cerulean.  Oh well.... nothing else to do but write.   The difference in life between here and rock tunnel is interesting.  Although very similar in all aspects, the tunnels of mount moon appear to be.... You realize that I keep an unorganized folder of all the research I put into a bag made to carry papers that I combine with my other gear right?  I don't think I mentioned it, but I do have one and it is getting heavy.  I've had to go to Cerulean just to get PAPER.  Behavioral notes, physiology, battle techniques, all sorts of stuff I have to write down, scan and send to Blaine electronically whilst keeping the original copies on hand.  Utterly joyful.  Especially when they blow away with the wind and you realize that none of your pokemon have opposable thumbs.  Yes.  Utterly joyful.  Oh yes, I was gathering my scattered pages when I decided
